Rutgers Motorcycle parking

I am told by the transportation services that there are designated motorcycle parking areas on the Busch campus. However, they 'did not know' where they were located. At other universities, a motor bike could park next to the bike racks. apparently not at RU. I checked the website and it doesn't state anything than 'parking stalls' which could be regular auto stalls or bike stalls if they exist. I have seen bikes parked at random, however they may seem to be simply dodging the parking nazi. I would like to attempt to find a legit spot before taking my chances as fines could add up.

Hoping someone could provide a little insight here.
thanks.

They "dont know" because they just want to give you a ticket and give you some more lame excuses when you do get one. I hated Rutgers for the stupid games they played, you probably wont get a straight answer, and even if you do...they will still find a way to ticket you.

The funny thing was the lady I spoke with started to say that the white line between cars is ok which seems ridiculous and that there was specified parking areas, but as I inquired to get confirmation on said areas, it went to 'I don't know'. Seems sketchy if you ask me.

Rutgers

I went to Rutgers a few years back when I would bring my bike on the cook campus I would always park right near the bike racks with no problems. However when I took it to Livingston they used to ticket it from time to time they can be a real pain in the ass. And yes the RU screw still lives.

The only motorcycle parking I've ever seen was on George St, between Harndenburg and Campall dorms. Other than that, I see bikes parked near the bike racks all the time, never seen a ticket on them.

its not so much the hassle, but the principle. Since it was stated by the authorities that there was designated parking prior to purchasing the pass yet later said they "did not know" where it was. Should it have been said that bike could only park in car stalls, fine. However, that was not implied nor stated. I'll try to find a parking nazi tomorrow and ask since I have to take the cage anyway.

Oh I said nothing about having to do anything about it, I just think they are funny. The RU parking Nazi's are strong in this area.
