it's the 2003 Trans Am only exported to Maldova
On a serious note theres a title on the top right of the picture, if you can some how zoom in on it you can find out exactly what it is.

normally i like outlandish body mods, but for some reason im not feeling it to much lol id deff rock it, but somethings just odd about it.
