I need wiring diagram for the PL circuit. And I need to know where the harness runs through the vehicle. I have a service manual for an 06-08 I found online (like a 3000+ page pdf lol), but the multiplex pinouts are different, so I wonder what else is different.
LR door lock does not work. No power at the actuator. The other 4 locks all work. I replaced the actuator assembly because the lock has been dead for a while but it suddenly started blowing the lock circuit fuse. So I unplugged the LR actuator and no more fuse problem so I figured the actuator motor was shorting out.

From the diagrams I have the leads from the door lock actuator run directory from the pass side multiplex. one lead for open and one for close comes from the multiplex and at some point the harness simply splits 5 ways according to the 06-08 manual. Same color wires at all 5 locks. No power and no continuity from muliplex to LR lock. so that makes me think i have a harness issue somewhere. But that manual does not show me how the harness runs so I am not sure where to look for an open. I'm not looking to remove the whole interior to figure it out.

I reread what you said, forgive me as I am on some dayquil hahaha but seeing as the issue stopped with the actuator unplugged, it seems that was the short. White/Blue is lock signal + and Light Green/Red is unlock signal +, you have power on neither wire while depressing the switch appropriately?

Is it difficult to pull another actuator and plug it into the left rear? Its weird that you are showing a break yet only blowing the fuse when its plugged in.

yup no power at those wires. lock died a while ago. suddenly starting blowing fuses; i unplugged actuator, fuse problem gone. new actuator, plugged back in. lock still no go, fuse problem no longer an issue. no power at those wires. from what I can tell there is an issue between the harness at the lock and the multiplex.

Ok, yeah I agree. You could try finding the break or just clip the wires at a known good point and run from the actuator to either another passenger door/tailgate(I think its spliced from R/R?) or up to the multiplex.
