Quick....Anyone Want in on this Ebay XMod Auction?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...947050928&rd=1

It looks like there are about 6 cars or so in there....could be a cheap way for some of us to get in on the action. Post if you want in for like $20 or $30 and I'll bid later.

Ok so that's 3 of us so far for about $20 each. I figure I won't bid more than $180 or so later...that's $30 a car. Let me know if anyone wants to go higher. In the meantime keep the list going so we have enough people to get in on this.

I'm a maybe. Paul, I'd go ahead and get it anyways. You could sell them to friends and what not, gifts, you never know. I bet you'll be able to sell them at the meets .

keep in mind these cars run $53.00 with tax included brand new so 20-30 bucks is a steal on these cars...i normally use an auction stealer program on something that ends during the day time fwiw might be something to look into hardcore. I would say $25 is the max id pay for these shipped though...1/2 price basically cuz you still dont know the condition.

I e-mailed about the actual number of cars and running condition. Hopefully I'll hear back...the guy is a first time ebayer.

but honestly i have alot of extra parts including motors that i could give people...the worst that could happen to them is if the circuit board is fried which i cant see that happening to all of them if we got all 4 of us to give $40 we would almost definitly win the auction and have 2 cars each...even if one is just a parts car thats still not a bad deal.

Ok I got an e-mail back saying there are 8 cars but not all of them work. I'm waiting to hear back how many actually do work. The auction is at $127 now...that's around $15 a car plus shipping right now, but we don't know how many actually work right now.

Hopefully I'll know soon.

Foff667-$40-2cars
Cbrrmike-$40-2cars
garretwp-$20-1car
HardcoreZ28-$20-1car

thats $120 definite so far but the bid is at $127 right now...we need 2 more peeps to take these last cars or for someone to put out a little extra for a second car...like i said I'll go to $25 per car max which if all agreed to that were talking a $150 bid at this point and there would still be 2 cars left over to figure out who gets what...I'll put in $60 for 3 cars and try and sell one if it comes down to it but would hope someone would step up and put $20 for one of these cars.

But the thing is not all the cars work. So we need to know how many work and what the issues are with them.
