One less Mustang in the world....

Just got a call from Little G (he's at Atco for opening day). Some guy just flipped a Mustang at the end of his run, and last Craig saw it was on it's roof and burning.

Hopefully the driver will be ok.....

Thank god he was ok. It was a pretty fun day dispite the lack of traction and the cold. I was hoping Little G was going to hit 13s

I heard it was bad day for fast cars. The driver did make it out fine, the cage did its job thankfully.

Apparantly i must be on the outside, but from what i can see, the camaro is headed directly for the mustang...or had the camaro already stopped?

Yeah, that's a 71' or 72' Chevelle. Looks like he lost the race by a good amount for that mustang to have flipped infront of him.

I think this is one time it's good to see a STANK winning a race, cuz it would have been a shame if it was a close race and we would have lost that Malibu

Not sure who was out front and by how much, but that chevelle was nosed down pretty hard in all the pics on that site...The mustang went through the traps in the left lane, clicking off a 14.xx @ 36, so I'm guessing that both cars would normally run some pretty quick times.
