I swear, every rescue vehicle in my town....................

....was at my neighboors house.

I guess part of their roof came off the house in the wind. I seen 2 firetrucks, 1 cruser, 1 police suv, 1 unmarked cap car, and a ambulance. No injurys, just a array of flashing lights in my window caught my attention.

It reminded me of x-mas all over again. My town really knows how to work together in these desperate times.

Me and NJspeeder believe someone was supposed to make a donut run on the way and they didnt wanna miss out.
I was waiting for the high angle rescue workers to start repelling off the roof.

Prob not.... basic response..... 1 pumper, 1 ladder and either rescue or pumper

Then... fire chief truck
Assn chief truck

Maybe fire inspector.....

If hazmat involved...... toss another truck or two in there.

Now.... if mutual aid is called.... HOLY CRAP!

When I went to 9/11 w/ my fire dept..... I was stationed in some park.... 29 other fire trucks..... army.... helicopters.... and soooooo many other things!!!!

I know .... it seemed pretty normal, but i just mainly poking fun. I'm sure the ambulance was there just incase.

BUT damn, what park were you stationed to allow enough room to fit everyone else, and then some????

What park were you at? They sent us to the Staten Island Ferry terminal.... think our first staging area was in some park near by.
