J0n, try calling contemporary corvette, they're located in Bristol PA. I bought my 3.42 rear from them and I know they have T56's..they sell complete trans packages with shifter and evereything for I think 2 grand. It's a junkyard that just deals with corvettes and f-bodies. They could probably hook you up with just a trans.

Screw them, I ordered the same rear with ONLY ABS, and NO traction control, and made thsi clear to them. They even wrote on the packaging and all "Abs/no Tcs"... guess what, my cars on the lift at TTP with the old rear out, as theyre about the put the new oen in they say wait a second... this one's different.
Didnt want the extra downtime to get the right one, so I just had that one in... looking to get a new rear sometime soon tho to get my abs back.

f;in light is annoying, and when i had my gages out I couldntfigure out how to crack it open to get the bulb out

its 2 grand for everything..basically for a conversion from an automatic..not just the tranny itself. Call them and get a price for just the trans..no shifter no nothing.

they dont sell just transmissions...only complete swaps for 1800 bucks
