Ahhh, nothing like the joy of painting every room in your new house. We went through that routine. Lookin good. So did you guys have to get flood insurance with the river back there?

Yep. Flood insurance has been purchased. The previous owners said the last time it flooded was Floyd, and before that was in the 70s or 80s. In some of the pictures of the back of the house that includes the concrete, you may be able to see where the flood waters came up (not sure if it can be seen in the pics).
