Anyone hear of a twin turbo late 70s Camaro running 7s?
i saw this guy run at E-town over the summer and was really impressed. put down somewhere in the mid 7s.
only details i know are what i saw: two turbos sticking out of the hood. car was backhalved, primer, couldn't hear anything over the sound of the turbos.
a few people asked me about this car and was curious to know if anyone here heard anything about it or saw it run???

seen it..................love it...............want to make my car just like it....but 3rd gen style.
Toby says it has a Lizzard Racing engine???? not sure how accurate it is.

looked like primer to me, but i couldn't really tell, spent some time by my buddies Quick8 in the pits and couldn't see straight for half an hour after.

Ive never been to a dragstrip...Ive been to the pocona 500 and Ive been to a race at wall speedway...I want some one to run my car after I get everything installed cause I dont have a liscence

its a primered 76 Camaro, twin turbos, with the turbos poping outta the hood. its a Lizzard Racing engine.
you might be seeing one that looks like that but a thirdgen, hopefully sometime soon.

the guy said this was the first time the car has been to that track and only planned on making some test passes that day. i didnt get a chance to talk to him after he made a pass. i think he said his shop was in long island ny. car looks sick.
