Intake question.....

I have a 2000 WS6. Is it worth swapping off the stock intake to put a LS6 upper and lower (valley) on? I've got some spare money to play with and this seemed like a quick 2-3 hour job to do in spare time.

the ls1/ls6 manifolds are just one piece. its a very simple task too. If you do swap to an ls6 version, remember that you need to get the ls6 style coolant passages. the 98-00 ls1s have an opening on each end of the top of the heads, the ls6 just uses the 2 at the front. the coolant passeges are like $30 on ebay. You'll also have to block off you egr system or remove it since the ls6 doesnt have the opening on top right behind the TB.
