Thumbs down don bosco prep event planners have gone mad

today our school hosted a mass. for those who don't know; Bosco is a catholic school. anyway they planned the mass to start at 11:00 and it lasted till about 1:10. this mass was outside on a parking lot with over 300 people. around 12 it started to really get hot and people started passing out from heat exhaustion. When this whole mass got over it turns out around 45 people had passed out and needed to be treated; there were cop cars, firetrucks, the ambulance came. To add onto it, my car doesn't have A/C haha

wouldn't large assemblies be the reason bosco has that huge auditorium?
my mom works for the catholic church(diocese offices) and i went to catholic school from K through 12th. how scary it is to think that this is not even close to the dumbest thing i have heard of a catholic school doing recently.

I have found that educational institutions at all levels are fairly poor at actually doing things.
