all it says is 500watts 4.2 amps @ 120volts
i have one of these over my work bench in garage and keeps me from freezin my ass off.
it won't warm a whole garage or anything but will definitly take the chill out, and obvoiusly if its above you will keep you warm (infared quartz bulb)
