What happens when fuel rails go boom



Granted its a replica, it was still nice.

I can only imagine an intake backfire. Remember that vette with nitrous and the backfire? Fuel rail cracked, fuel pump still on because ignition was still on (dumb ass) and oil pressure was still high.
Sad to see that happen to cars but when an owner doesn't take the required safety measures things like that happen. Example; poor wiring or terrible tuning + air/nitrous/power adder + fuel = fire every time
