Call me the luckiest kid in the world...
Went to court yesterday morning, and my lawyer hooked up it up big time. He somehow talked the prosecutor into dropping all charges except for the underage DWI. As bad as that sounds, its really good considering what else couldve happened. 285 in fines, 30 day license suspension, 20 hours community service, 12 hours Alcohol and Drug rehibilitation class.

As lucky as i am, i did learn my lesson and needless to say will never get behind the wheel after touching the slightest sip of alcohol. Its not worth the trouble.

Yeah. Ive never been busted. In fact the only time I drove drunk, was cause I was at a party with the rest of the PD and they were too plastered to drive me.

Glad to hear that you got out of most of the charges, and even more glad that you have learned your lesson.

I wouldnt wanna be the one paying your insurance for the next few years though, but at least it didnt cost you too much up front in reality.

 - Justin | They know everything and just when you think they don't know about the out of state speeding ticket.. WHAM, there it is months later when you least expect it. What's involved with the DWI? Isn't that a license suspension? I would have taken the fines, community service, and rehab to not have the DWI on my record.
