i was at psu this weekend hanging out with one of my friends who i haevn't seen from the summer time. anyway, we were jusy chilling in her living room when we started talking about random stuff. than we make some stupid remarks at each other and what not. well for some strange reason, we came up to talking about my car. well her roomate chimes in and starts telling me about her ex-boyfriend and fires out stuff about cars. nothing major, but more than the usual for girls that i'm used to talking about. i was asking her basic questions like brand names for various parts and what certain things do (she knows how to change her own oil). so i was kinda impressed.

like i said again,more than the usual. like for instance, my friend hits a red pole, than she asks me to take a look and she expected me to try to take off the red paint... i was like hell no and made her do it

so the conversation was pretty good until he mentioned that racing an automatic car isn't really racing at all

i was like "are you serious?"
she responded by saying how her ex boyfriend raced his car at englishtown and a ran a 14.0 or something like that in his hooked civic si. than i proceeded to tell her that i ran a 13.4 in a STOCK automatic car. she was shocked to say the least. than i told her that i can keep up and beat a lot of stick cars out there. and she gave me this"so what, you don't drive stick"kinda look.

damn it

maybe if i got a stick ls1, i would get all the chicks

off topic.......her friend was hot

I say take her out one night, call me up, and I'll find you & race you. So with her in the car you can beat me silly and then proceed to tell her that my car was stick, and that your Auto raped my car!

Im sure she has no clue about how fast you are compared to my stock car, It cant go wrong!!

ask her why drag cars are autos then. this is coming out of a M6 driver. i just know that cars with our power are faster with an auto. ignorance

The motor runs very nice btw, trans is getting fixed right now, I wouldnt be suprised if i get it back this afternoon and at the latest tommorow.

So shove it, and I already asked if you wanted to run and you backed down, I'll take you in the 1 - 2 shift, I wouldnt need to hit 3rd...

well what if kasey raced but didnt bring his car...ill let kasey bring the orange car with a few phone books to see over the steering wheel. But it would have to be before the converter cause after that you would have to be this tall ________ to go on the ride.

I used to get that all the time in high school. except not from hot girls, but from dumb MFing guys who dont know crap about racing. Everyone thought my car was slow because it was automatic. I let them think that for a little while

. But soon, word got out that my car was pretty quick (considering its size) and everyone changed shut their mouths.

every smart girl knows that real drag cars are autos and use a trans brake, because when you're that fast, it makes launching more efficient, as well as consistant. and who wants to bother rowing through gears when you're running 11's and lower?
