this can NOT be correct...

it is spiders and hunting. throughout the day we see 10-20 bots and spiders normally. must have gotten a surge of them last night.
if you watch the users online the number of guests will jump around. normally we do have 2-10 actual human guests at any given time, when it jumps way up it is a program though.

i figured it was something like that, i was just so weird because i happened to be on the boards right then and for some reason I looked down and i was like WTF!?. and everytime i refreshed the page, the numbers would drop down, until there were like 4 guests left.
anyways, can that number be reset so its a little more realistic?, not a big deal, but just a thought.

Dont think that would be possible, because SpiderBots act just like a normal "guest" browsing the forum. What it does is collect words/phrases/anything to place onto Search engines, hence why you could prolly type in a topic name from the lounge about 2 weeks ago in Google and you will see it. Its just not "GoogleBots", but its Lycos, Yahoo, Google, search123, excite, etc. etc.
