Thats nice, but a lot of the times judges will back up the cops, despite what the actual tread depth is. And a note for some, just because there is 6/32's of tread does not make it a safe tire to drive on anything but bone dry streets. The tires are NOT safe for daily driving, despite DOT aporoval.
Anyway, I wanted cop ownage on the street, right there.

BigAl is absolutely correct. Drag radials, et streets, etc are terrible in less than perfect weather conditions. However, from the tape as shown, the weather conditions seemed to be "perfect" and therefore his ticket should have been thrown out. I personally know someone who put brand new m/t et drag radials on his vehicle at around 6:00pm and later ( around 10ish) had his truck impounded for " unsafe tires". Needless to say, he went to court and won.
