So after getting into an argument with my mom and going back and fourth between my girl freinds house, and my house four times, I decided to take the o'l dirtbike out for a cruise. As cruises relax me.

Well let me give you the description of the dirtbike, its white,its 90cc 4spd semi auto(gotta shift but no clutch) Well the dirtbike is beat up from a few(3-4 crashes) Its got scraps on the side from when I took it down on holloween sideways half way down a hill

And NO rear breaks and a few scratches on the front fender from the time I rolled it over by doing a stoppy behind tojan man

Well I go to start it up and it takes a little while for her to idle cause it doesnt got the right spark plug in it. Then I go easy on her till im on a side streat still in front of my house(corner house) I go past a street going a decent speed half throttle 2nd gear still trying to get her to idle and not bog out. I turn onto another side street and give it alot of gas in one, not going more then 15 mph Lifting the front wheel off the ground, I shift into second and go cruising doing maybe 27-32 mph. I see a black 4 door g35 following me, I say to my self, If he turns this way hes following me, with out a rear veiw mirror and a helmet blocking some of my veiw I see he makes a left after me.

I turn right onto another street and look back, he does to, Theirs a kid jimmy I used to be freinds with riding his bike, i think to my self nows my time to get away from this guy. I floor it, it bogs down, I continue to go a nice speed, saying to my self he thinks I was just showing off to that kid. its a verry small street and I dont even look for cars, I go left On another short street stop at the sighn and hes still following me.

I make a right, shift all the way down, go into neutral, then shift into 1. I floor it lifting the front wheels up for about 5 sec till I need to shift. I look back hes following me still. I go full throttle up the hill and I lost him a little back due to a car coming out of a driveway, I turn into a dead end where the dude with the corvette lives, turn around double back, and wave at him.

I go home put her away, and argue with my mom some more about how I dont ask for much, and how Im gonna quit my job. Go up to my room to see and hear people walking around out side, its a guy and his family, a kid goes their he is, and the guy goes, He was speeding, If anything I know he was speeding...

Its so funny cause I wasnt doing anything wrong but Driving a dirtbike, I hate how people see a innocent person driving a dirtbike and have to chase after him because of how the kids around here are smoking weed in the park, lighting fires,egging cars, throwing sodas at people driving mopeds(cough tojanman got owned cough) What did they think I did wrong?

Still a motor vehicle, and you're lucky it wasn't a cop. Dirt bikes aren't the most legal of vehicles to be operating on a road, especially if you were not paying attention to the posted speed limits and if you were taking the bike off road, add that to the fact that you don't have a DL yet and I don't think they'd go to lenient on you. If the guy want's, he can go down to the local PD and sign a complaint against you if he knows who you are/where you live.

we got this explanation when we were ridin quads and pocket rockets near our trails for a video, 2 ewing cops pulled up and gave us the riot act, heres the list......

speeding
reckless driving ( any wheelieing a motorcycle gets this)
driving an uninsured unregistered vehicle on the street
noise and emissions violations

there was a couple more but i forget them....well wayfast, thats whats wrong with riding your dirtbike down the street

when people post threads about "bad cops" they're usually looking for sympahy and for you to tell them that a cop (OR in this case some random dude) was a douche and you were right, and he had no reason to do such thing. tell me how im wrong?

I guess I'm becoming an anarchist, but I feel bad for you, WayFast. Even as I was growing up, I noticed how there was less and less elbow room for kids and teenagers to have good fun. Skateboarding, for example. There is a brick incline near the board of education building in my town that is located on a quiet street. Skateboarders used to come and grind and jump off that incline, until the township decided it was too much risk to themselves or whatnot and built a garden into the incline (which is all dead flowers and weeds now). I suppose they didn't want to get sued if someone got hurt, which is legit. I guess its just the society we live in. At one point, this lady threatened to call the cops on me and my friends when we were playing football and ran into some hedges (which were owned by her neighbor, who gave us permission to play on his property and cares not for his hedges). So, in short, I feel for you man.

yeah i agree with you there, the only problem is kids like to push the limit between fun and reckless. not to mention some stupid kids like to ruin it for the good ones.

WOW. I have know idea how i didn't see this thread until just now. Aren't you a lil big to be on a mini bike that you claim is for a 4 yr. old? I have one of thiese pocket rockets. I went down to my local P.D. and asked if i cazn ride it on the street or anywhere if so. They said no. I left went outside and ran into one of my town cops that i know. Asked him and he explained to me a loop hole to get around that and be able to LEGALLY drive it. But i'm not goin to tell u cuz i dont feel like it.
