i want to put the seats out of my bird into my dads 83 elkie ss and was wondering if any of the center consoles were available without the shifter?
the car has bench seats and column shift stock and i dont wanna mess with the shifter....

anything ive ever seen has had column shift with bench, if it had buckets, it had console shift. But it would be too hade just to use a console shift sonsole and just cover up the slot on the shifter plate, or use it to make 2 cupholders.

If the truck has the split bench seat, you can mount the F-body seat on the G-body tracks. If it has the single bench, you'll need to do some fabrication, since the floor mounts will be missing where the buckets bolt in near the trans tunnel.

Mike, if Paul doesn't have one, or you can't locate one, you aren't limited to G-body center consoles. S10 consoles fit nicely, and a lot of the auto ones had column shift.
