Yea, that system is just mandrel bent 3" tubing with a dynomax bullet muffler. It will be quite loud.
It will require a bit of modification to fit your '91, but nothing that a local exhaust shop couldn't handle.

tsp rumblers sound awesome. you do know there is a catback version and a true dual version right? make sure you order the right one
a possibly cheaper option may be finding a cheap used slp loudmouth and having a shop weld in a bullet muffler seperately. like a bulletmouth

Pypes is VERY loud... ive always been partial to them. Hooker has a nice sound, and so does an electric cutout

Do you want it to sound good or just be really obnoxiously loud? Start with headers either way. For the loudest exhaust, just run open headers. Next, the TSP Rumbler will give you a really loud exhaust since they dump straight down to the road surface and that will allow it to bounce back up making even more noise. The SLP Loudmouth or equivalent Bullet muffler would be next for noise level. Borla with the open plate should follow that along with one of the chambered systems like the GMMG. Then for good sounding exhaust which tends to be a little quiter you have the usual Flowmaster, Hooker Aerochamber, B&B Triflo, Magnaflow, Pypes, SLP 2OTL. But those last ones are full cat-backs which will run anywhere from $250-800. And whatever you do, don't put any cat(s) on the car, they tend to muffle the noise too much.

true duals on a 3rd gen is slightly more difficult, and a 305 does not need and should not have true duals.
