I love the black and white theme. However comparing that with the exterior color of your car, I would recommend you repaint the car white with the black callouts. That would make it look more like an anniversary car, and make the color theme flow better.
I don't like the "idiot" lights on the dash. Always prefer full guages. I'd rather know there is an impending problem, then have the car break and some light pop on after the fact.

I dont like the lights and the console to but im not going to change it now. I think one person on tgo has saw an interior like mine, and it was in a junk yard.
honestly after the car runs, I want to get new plastics, dash and weather striping. and a hood. then im gonna re repaint the car when i feel comfortable with the performance and have a dd, and a liscence to

 | You're never going to get other plastics to match something freshly painted. Honestly you'd have to repaint them all at the same time. There aren't all that many....a good weekend of work and about 7-10 spray cans will get the job done.

I think the key is proper prep and materials. A bunch of the interior in my 77 was painted black years ago – even the dash pad. The guy I bought the car from didn’t know black was not the OE color. It was originally tan. If it wasn’t for the part by the e-brake pedal being scratched off you probably wouldn’t notice without really looking. I’m no expert, but I believe there are different interior materials, even types of plastics, that require different prep and finish product. Even the factory manuals mention that.

			i'll state it again...
SEM spray dye.. its not a paint really, more of a plastic/vinyl dye that can be used on dashes, plastics, armrests and all and will allow parts to still flex without crackign/peeling off. It is available at just about any auto body paint supply shop and had MANY different colors so bring a sample of the plastic you wanna try to match and you should be able to coem really close. i think the prep for the product calls for a heavy cleaning scrubbing and a wipe down with an ammonia based cleaner. but regardless, instructions are on the can

krylon fusion is ok for hard plastics, but id be catious of using it on anythign that ever flexes a tiny bit.. and also prep is VERY important
