broke again
so on the way home from the track my car suddenly developed a major exhaust leak.......i pulled over and popped the hood and sure enough....the damn weld for the egr provision on the header broke off......now there is a hole the size of a quarter in my primary and i dunno if ill be able to patch it because they seem to be rusting from the inside out

jon they are pacesetters and ive had them on my non-garaged car for over 2 years, and before that i dont know how long they were on bills camaro

Geez, what did Bill do to those headers!  But if you're looking for a new set of coated Pacesetters I have a set of emission's coated Pacesetter's(for a 2000) for $360 if you're interested. You obviously wouldn't need a new y-pipe.

Did you have the EGR tubes blocked off with plates? I've heard that happen alot on Emission Fitted QTP Headers.
