				Meet the Dumbest F-body owner

Ok tonight I heard from a friend that he knew a guy selling a 91 camaro with an LS1 corvette motor for $1,800. I was at the chatterbox in augusta. I call the guy up tell him I will meet him at his house near Island dragway. So I drive almost an hour there. To Find out that this is just a stock 350, needs body work and has 140k miles. He then asked so are you interested. I said I am looking for an LS1 to put in my bird. He said I got one right here. I take another look in the hood just in case im not the one on drugs and nope its just a 350. He says well the LS1's came in the 93 and newer f-bodys. I was no! they came in the 98-02 f-body and the corvette was the first to have them in 97. he then insists that the LS1 will bolt up to my bird, then changes it to that this motor ( his stock 350 ) will bolt right up to my V6. I looked at the guy and said no i am not gonna be able to get the car. Lastly he has a 93 formula. So he must think he has an LS1 in that. Let alone he doesnt know that thats an Lt1.

My whole point of this was that this guy thinks his stock 350 is an LS1 motor out of a corvette. Not the fact that I drove almost an hour for something that I believed was impossible for the price.

prove that it's an LS1, for that price, before i even get in my car to go take a look at it.

Wonderful i just dug my self a whole guess we can close this one. And no the 93 formy is not the one thats for sale its the 91 camaro thats for sale. No i am not telling you to "meet me" i am saying "I meet". And at this point if this guy doesnt know the differnce in iron from aluminum than how will he know that a camera takes pictures and you can post them up on the internet. Finally it was one of those things I wanted to see it now not wait for pictures because I had work the next day and then school for the next week and didnt know if I would have the time.
