hello once again, i seen to be making it on here quite often lately, but mainly because of the thanksgiving holiday and nice weekend passes. Anyhow, i wanted to post up today that i finally got my orders. Once I'm out of AIT, i have some leave time when i'll be back in NJ, then i will be reporting to Ft Drum, in upstate NY. That was my first choice as where to be stationed, Over the past 2 weeks, everyone else was getting their orders, germany, korea, texas etc, nd I was getting a little nervous, but all is well now, Ill still be able to visit NJ every so often. 20 days left till ill be back....

ft drum is in a pretty nice area. i have driven through it a few times on my way up to visit my family in upstate.
congrats on the assignment.

i have property maybe 1.5hrs from ft. drum. while youre up there, ask around about the Ranger School, down rt. 3. thats where i went to college.

dropping by again.... 13 days to go only now. Some people have been informed of the first possible party date once i return, ill let the rest know once its definate. Im still loving it here though, i will miss this, but itll be great to be back home in 2 weeks.
