Unhappy Need Help Installing Silverlites in Grand Am!

I could use somebody with small hands to give me a hand on getting a set of low beam Sylvania Silverlites 9006 installed in my 1995 Pontiac Grand Am. The owner's manual shows that all you have to do is to reach in and turn the lamp counter clockwise and they come right out. Yeah RIGHT, if your hands are the size of a 5 year old. The only other option that I have, is to unbolt the ENTIRE UNIT from the supports in order to get them out? PITA!!!
