Buying a home in Williamstown? Anyone from the area?

Hey everyone,
Just started my search for a new home. I like my condo in Marlton, but Im tired of havindealing with my condo association and their rules. Espically the one about not being able to work on my car. I need to get into home with a yard & a garage. Everything in my town is way too much $$$. So its time to head out. I work outside of philly & have lots of friends in the Atlantic City area. So geograhpicly, Williamstown makes sense. I went on realtor.com and looked at a few homes which look very promising. Anybody on here from that area/town? What can you tell me about it that an internet search wont find me?

Thanks for the help...
Mark B

No kids right now... but who knows what will happen. If you could ask your G/F about the school system, that would be great.

Thanks,
Mark B

Not a bad area from what I've seen. I've been down that way a few times.

Im from williamstown. Schools are good. I would stay away from certian parts of main street, and victory lakes thats pretty much it the rest of the town is pretty good. Radix is probably the best of the elementary schools. Taxes just keep going up to pay for improvements, and expansions to the schools. I think there putting up a wal-mart, and lowes on the pike too.

I live in forest hills, stay away from the front of the development, meaning the front scetion off of the pike once you get past the first couple blocks or so it gets better. The ones on bluebell rd accorss from the farmers fields are very nice a few of my frieds live back there, and I think theres one on malaga rd that one looks pretty nice. Are you looking for a house in a development or something more rural.
