well as some of you might know i had a little exhaust issue back in november. well after 2 months of the run arounds and phone calls i finally got the construction companys insurance company to have an adjuster come out and take a look and some pictures of my car and what was done. the guy seemed really cool about it (told me he had a 99 stang) and was asking me how i like my umi sfc lcas and phb. but yea he said within the next week or so i should have a statement in the mail.

well i got the letter in the mail today saing that there not responsable for paying for my damages. so i told my mom and she sent an email to the insurance rep i was talking to (because she works in a law office) so we will see what the outcome of this is going to be. i think its a bunch of bs if ya ask me lol
