ws6 spotted on parkway tonight up by p park mall
ws6 pretty sure it was stick... virginia plates.... had a girl in the car with him... i wonder if its that dude that lives down there and also up here.... on the parkway south by paramus park mall

he could live in jersey despite his virginia plates. one of my neighbors moved from texas and still uses his. im pretty sure its illegal.

not if his parents or he have a residence in the state the car is registered in, as long as its registered and insured there is nothing illegal about it
