What happens when you hit the control to turn the plow, anything?

Can you hear it trying to turn, like it's hung up on something, or does it do nothing at all? Have you tested the electrical to make sure that the plow assembly is actually receiving the signal to turn the plow?

I don't know a whole lot about those setups, but might it be an internal leak in one of the hydraulic rams? Wouldn't allow it to build pressure and move the plow, but also wouldn't leak fluid.
