Anyone use Ratio Rocker Arms?

Was looking at ratio rocker arms and was wondering if anyone here has used them and what level of perfomace they gave.

Is that a brand name? I'm thinking you mean you are looking at rocker arms with an increased ratio over stock. All rocker arms have a ratio, which basically means it multiplies the cam's lobe lift. A higher ratio arm increases lift more.

Here is some reading for you:

Is that like upgrading to a "stall converter"?

Just kidding around. As Bonzo said, I think you mean higher ratio rocker arms. Can be a good upgrade over stock if you've already exhausted some of the other power increasing modifications. What else have you done power wise?

Oh, you guys are brutal! LOL! Yeah, I mean bigger ratio rockers. We used to put them on street V8's as a poor mans cam job. Gave a nice boost because the duration is not any longer but the usable open time allows better flow. A nice upgrade when going from 2 bbl to 4 bbl.

you'd prob want new valve springs too. i don't know where stock v6 coil bind is but im sure the springs have seen better days. while there, throw in new seals. look into comp cams for some nice roller rockers.
