anyone need a garage near woodbridge nj
my friend is trying to rent out his garage for 300
a month
it has an office with a bathroom and shower, heat and electricity is include
the whole driveway is your, the garage has an automatic door
there's a wall of shelves to put stuff on i seen him put 2 car in there
i believe its 20 by 10 the office is 6 by 10 and bathroom is 6 by 6
water heat electricity all include in the 300 a month
great for storage or working on a car
it's not a commercial zone.

but we pretty much get away with everything there at one point we had 10 cars in the driveway and one the grass

it had a 220v but it was tapped or taken out for 2 lights and 4 110 plug-ins

it's a garage behind a home but you have the hole driveway too and almost everyone around there is cool with it as long as your not going crazy at 3 in the morning
