He can't be any more sketchy than when I picked up the CBR 600 F3... lol I had to park my truck at the end of an alley. My buddy and I met two black guys with the bike, a swarm of black men came out from behind us. Got a CBR 600 F3 running without a title for $500 in the end  The license plate was from NY and was cut off with a hacksaw. Vin numbers were all scratched off the frame as well. I was told specifically to leave the bike laying down in the bed of the truck.
Back on topic...
One of the guys I work with has a low mileage CBR 929 with an exhaust and power commander that he told me he'd sell me for $3500 and he'd take monthly payments. Very tempting but I'm not ready for something like that.
