Time is off
My viewing device has the right time, posts are showing an hour later ex 258 pm shows up as 358.

No, it's fine. Your user cp is probably wrong. Check in your options and make sure you are set to handle dst.

Yes, if your times are showing incorrectly on the forum it is because you have the DST settings incorrectly set in your profile.

It's set in the right time zone. Dst is supposed to be on or off? What the eff?

It is set at that.. edit just changed it and then changed it back and its right now.
