i just bought this laptop and we have wifi in my area at work, signal is usually excellent level or good level, but i am having trouble loading youtube videos or watching things on netflix and i dont know why. the access is unsecured, no password or anything, any help would be appreciated. i havent used this at home since i have a desktop so idk if it does the same thing at my house or not.

What do you mean by "having trouble"? Are the videos not playing at all?

theyre playing, but they wont fully load, they dont even come close to fully loading, even the short videos. same thing with netflix, they load a little bit, then stop. refreshing works with netflix tho i have to constantly do it, but does nothing for youtube.
