Actually it's a '91....and all 140hp and 175 ft lbs are gunning for you. The new catback, replacing the original o2 sensor, and the almost sticky Cooper Cobras should be enough to help me set a new best.

I'm gonna show you why Olds is extinct!!!

I might run my Jeep. I honestly dont know if the clutch will hold up to the track abuse. . We'll sure find out though if I do decide to race it.

I called out yesterday cause I felt like crap. In the 6 months I"ve worked there this is the 3rd time I've called out. One of those times I even had it covered before I called out...so in theory I've only called out once and left them hanging. Yesterday was supposed to be busy, and they only had 5 ppl scheduled to work...one girl had already called out (she had pre-cancer cells throughout her uterus and ovaries and had them removed and was still in pain I guess), so that left 4, 2 of whom had come in early, then me and another girl. Sunday is also my nite to stay until closing. So when I called out that left 3 ppl scheduled, and a lot of people were already working in the morning so there were not many options to call ppl in.

So I was told I had to come in or I was fired. So I said I'd try to come in. 20 minutes later I called back and said there was no way I could (I couldn't sit or stand up straight because my stomach was cramping so much and I felt like I was gonna puke, tho I told them I was puking and I even told my doc that - more on that in a min). So my boss said I had to have a doc note.

I most likely do not have medical insurance right now. I'm still listed on my dad's insurance, but I graduated and I'm not a full time student anymore, so if they ask me for a schedule I'm screwed. So I call the doc this morning and say I was throwing up and had a low grade fever yesterday and called out of work, and in order to go back to work I need a doc note. Since I don't have any symptoms today it's pointless for her to see me (which I was surprised that she wouldn't want the money anyway lol). I didn't think she would write me the note since she didn't see me yesterday and I had nothin today. Mind you I want to be fired because I hate working there and I could collect unemployment if she fired me. So the doc called back and said she wrote the note. Bah, still employed I guess, depending on what the note says at least.

So, despite wanting to get fired this all still pisses me off. We had a waiter who no called/noshowed 4 or 5 times...and yet he quit in order to leave, rather than being fired like he should have. We have one girl (the one who had the procedure) who's called out a number of times but never been reprimanded for it (I don't blame her for this weekend because of the reason, but there have been other times where she called out because "her brakes were bad"...yet I saw her driving her car as I was driving in to work to cover her ass). And another girl is constantly late and is just now suspended for a week for it. So to go and say I'm fired if I don't come in is not fair...life aint fair, I know, but she should have been enforcing her rules the entire time, not when she feels like it. So yeah, had she fired me, and had I tried to collect, she would have tried to fight it...most likely I would win because she didn't have a valid reason to fire me and it wasn't my fault I wasn't the only person to call out that day.

Enough detail for you, Bill?

The 3.1 should be rated a few hp higher than the 2.8 (Camaro 2.8 was rated at 135/165 - I would assume the Fiero to be the same). The Fiero has about 700-800 lb weight advantage on the Lumina though, so the race would be far from interesting.....you vs. Tim's car would be a better race as they all sit right now.
