Damn, being sick SUCKS!
Well, when I was younger I bounced back right away.
I have a history of broncitus... usually get it every year. I've had broncial pneumonia too.
This time, extended fever, highest was 103.1. Hell, I've stayed between 101-102 for the past 2 day/ evenings.
Wicked headache, sore chest, coughing like a mo fo, NO energy, sore throat, runny nose blah blah blah.
The fever is a killer though!
So, doctor's office was Tuesday... I told her probably broncitus. She kinda looked at me like you aren't no doctor. She claimed a "cold/ upper respitory condition" I left with bogus med's
Fever didn't break, I went back to doc's office today, sure enough, broncitus. Also, x rays for pneumonia. He said it came back 'most likely negative' but he has sent them out for a 2nd opinion.
More meds this time.... better cough medicine.
I still feel like crap. At some point I think genie is gonna push me into our river out back and let me float away  Nah, she has been good to me
Sigh, I wanted to do a couple things to the bird prior to this dyno day, they ain't happening.
At this point, if I don't get better I am wondering if I shall attend the dyno day.... sigh

Chronic Asthmatic Bronchitus checking in. Feel better man. I usually get it twice a year, once in the winter, and once when it starts getting really hot. Get well, I know this **** sucks from experience. Usually a medium/cold bath helps knock the fever down.

You need to drink more alcohol! Alcohol kills germs. I just find it amazing that doctors seem to get the diagnosis wrong like 50% of the time but they still get paid and they probably get kick-backs from the meds they prescribe even if they don't work.

I get bronchitis/asthmatic bronchitis a lot as well. I had a cold, which is prolly what got him sick, just a lot worse. Cept now I"m feelin crappy and I have a low grade fever.
The fever actually did break Tuesday night, and he started having a little energy...but then it spiked again.
He was out Tuesday, went in for a couple hours Wed, and out today. He doesn't normally miss a lot of work.
