Shouldn't we check to see how many people from the Bridgewater/Hillsborough/Brunswick area actually plan on showing up first? If we still have a lot more Ewing/Hamilton area people then why bother driving too far north? I don't mind the change of scenery but gas ain't gettin any cheaper.

I'd show if it was at Fudd's...went there for a meet on Saturday, and even though it was sh*tty weather the turn out was still pretty nice

im with jeff and bill see how many people from the area are actually coming cuz if a lot more from ewing hamilton are coming i wouldnt wanna make it to far.... like bill said its a far ride i dont mine 20-30 mins but any of those choices are an easy 45- hour ride for me... then i have to drive back and go to work so id only be there for maybe an hour and a half anyway

again if 8 people from the hamilton area are going to show to a meet at chili's or whatever but only 2 or 3 people are going to show if we drive an added 20 miles out of our way whats the point?

I think the point to move things more northward was to get folks from the Rutgers / NB area to show, right? Not sure on that.
I know Im open to any of those because I know where all of them are and I enjoy night driving.

I vote for the Fudds where 1 and 18 meet, as long as people from that area will show. Bill, if worse comes to worse you can always catch a ride with me if you want. The drive to my place is much shorter than the drive up there.

 | Thanks for the offer...I think the thing im worried about is like with the fudds on 22 3-5 people would show & there were a few times when it was 3 people from ewing lol...I'd rather not go there to see just you, me, jeff, john and a few other people that for the most part are much closer to chili's. Don't get me wrong I love me some fudd's and its probably the closest one but still.

I voted Flemington, since it is closer to where I work, but I guess it doesn't matter. If any Hamilton area types want to jump in and car pool, I'll steal the Pilot from my wife.

I 100% agree with foff667. But maybe what we could try is to move it every month between a few places so that everyone will have option to travel x distance. It might be the best since it doesn't appear we are going to find common ground.
I didn't care to drive to bridgewater every month, but I certainly would be willing to do it maybe every third month?

BUT, if it ends up being just the "normal Ewing crew" then is no reason go anywhere but Chili's, regardless if they have country fried steak or not!

 Thoughts?

well my problem is just that if you guys noticed i leave between 8 and 8:30 cuz i need to get home and get ready for work ect i dont have a problem with the drive like i said a half hour is def cool with me but if these places are an hour or so from me id have to leave that much earlier which kinda sucks.... and south brunswick has some decent places right off the ridge road exit towards dayton wouldnt that be kinda in the middle?? its like 20 mins from me bout 30 or so from bill and the ewing crew and probably 30 or so from the rutgers crew

its simple, put up a list of people that WILL show a week ahead of time, not just want to come. since we dont put in for a table till the morning of anyway we can see who is coming and from where....

OK, I guess I screwed up by not putting "stay where we are" as an option, but of the 3 places the majority are for Fudd's, but then again it does appear that the majority of people are from the Ewing + Hamilton area?

i say go with mikes idea of asking a week before hand who can definatley make it and going from there.... if most of the people are from ewing hamilton then we could also head up to a different place in the ewing area too

I vote for Fudds in New Brunswick. My other club meets there. It's a pretty good place to park a lot of cars! Can't wait to meet some of you guys!
