Trophy Marathon coming up.... who's going????
If I could get www.racewaypark.com to work I'd post the dates.... grrrrrr
So... every Saturday in November E town throws the "Trophy Marathon Series."
You get 2 time trials and then the event starts. The event cnsists of 4 or 5 rounds (depending on the # of cars attening).... win or lose you continue racing!
The computer calculates your dial in off your best runs... so you don't have to do much.
If you make it to 4 out of 4.... or 5 out of 5 winning rounds then you will enter the finals. Few cars make it there..... and on average it is full of 13 to 16 second cars.
If you win at least ONE you get a trophy and a white class eliminator sticker
It is a day of nice and easy racing.
I plan on being there maybe 2 of the three weekends depending on my availability.
I'd love to bring the bird but there is still a low voltage mass air flow sensor code on.
I've got the benz and the neon to run..... so who is going?

sounds fun, website says nov 4th is cancelled but the 11th and 18th are on... hmm... may be able to run the camaro... how much is it to enter?

Awww, everyone gets a trophy? Sounds like little league baseball now where they want all the kids to feel like winners so everyone gets to bat each inning.
What the hell ever happened to competition?
Having said that, 4 or 5 runs in one day at E-town sounds impressive.

the only trophies i want are the 4 out of 4 (or 5 out of 5) and the king of the hill trophy...........everything else is crap.

James falls asleep too easily especially when he's sun burned and drunk... bwahhahahahahah i was laughing so hard I almost spit out my lemonade...
As for the trophy marathon my dad's b-day is the 11th so i'm not sure if they are doing anything. PLUS my battery is dead and I don't know if I can get the car started 
If I can get away for a sat. i'd love to get to the track at least once this year. I need to blow off some steam.
