Well im unable to decide weither to stay N/A, or go boosted. Now I have both L36 and L67 heads wating at my house, plus a spare L67 block and internals. Now I like Intenses cam's and roller rocker package, but their heads are way over price compared to ZZ's heads. I also got wind that C.O.M.E racing finally has a supplier of their 4.2 litre stoker kit, which can come N/A. or boosted. The only problem is $$$$ the standard kitalone is about 2200 dollars, and they have three more stages of the kit. the final one is 2800 ( the difference is lightweight pistons and forged parts) but im trying to get about 320 out of it, without any induction, and 420 with. but once again, i dont know which one i wanna do

I'd stay away frm intense. As for a cam I hear good things about Abbott heads and cams - may get in on that myself, eventually.

I have also heard very bad things about Intense. As in putting products to market that haven't been properly tested.

Yea, they have had some big issues with quality and service over the years. Not sure what it's been like lately, as I haven't been paying attention.

In particular, every revision of their limited slip differential (FWD) has had big issues.

I must say 12seconV6, you have one of the most disturbing photos on here, and to make it worse your doign it with Kasey of all people. Oh and for the GTP guys, have you guys ever heard of a fire problem wiht your ars. My L67 block that i bought at the j-yard wsa form a 97 GTP that was in a fire, just the front end. So i went to Dirks a couple weeks ago and there was another GTP with a L67 (with s/c and everything) that was in a fire in the engine bay, so thats two now, so anybody got a clue to that?

Yes, there have been engine fires reported. I carry an extinguisher just in case. I think it has to do with the way the fuel lines are routed- if the fitting leaks the fuel runs down the 'charger onto the front exhaust manifold...

I don't know for sure if that's what causes the fire. I do know that that is what I was told when my cousin's GT burned to the ground...
