they look good... where did you buy the vht night shades and clearcoat? did you wet sand them? i wanna do this to my chevelle taillights when my fiberglass black back bumper is done being made.....

wow, they are dark. can you post pics of them illuminated during the day and night when you get a chance..

they wont be installed for a while lol, atleast until the cars running again. they do look pretty dark in my bedroom cuz of the crappy lighting but outside u can still tell its red and amber under the black.
i got it from summit and the clearcoat i had laying around, i didnt wet sand but i probably should but i dont wanna ruin it they came out pretty smooth

what would like 1 coat of the VHT get u?
i did the red tail-light-mod,a nd i love it, but i want the whole set of taillights to be a bit tinted lookin, almost smoked, is this possible? or is VHT only for going that dark? - if so, i'd run my rear-blackouts again, and get $55 tickets weekly, if i didnt do the red-tail-mod

thats 3 pretty generous coats, i think if u did one coat and a few clear itd look real good on a red car
