				 BASEBALL PLAYERS ARE "WAAAAAAY" OVERPAID!!!

I just got through reading an article about Kurt Schilling(Red Sox). At age 41, he just signed for a two year POTENTIAL DEAL THAT WILL BE WORTH BETWEEN 25-30 MILLION DOLLARS! Now for most of us, we could GET BY with that kind of money, FOR A LIFETIME. Now listen, here comes the good part, this is REALLY NEEDED FOR HIM. The S.O.B. will get a random(1 per month)weigh-in, and IF HE MAINTAINS HIS FAT A S S WEIGHT, HE WILL GET $333,333 EACH TIME HE DOES NOT EXCEED IT. WHAT B.S. THAT IS!!! If I was paying ANYONE that kind of money to play a game, I would TOTALLY EXCEPT THEM TO BE IN SHAPE WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY THEM A BONUS(that most of us could live on quite nicely), JUST NOT TO EAT THAT EXTRA TWINKIE!!!!!!!! |

By the time most of us are in our 60's-70's and beyond, we will hope to be in good enough shape to KEEP WORKING. We work to live, and live to WORK. Plus with the cost of health insurance, you need a decent job just to get the BENEFITS! |
