I heard on the radio that NC has recalled some plates because some contain WTF in them.

yeah i see a lot of wtf plates in jersey... and i don't really get the hummer one, am i missing a sexual innuendo in the word hummer?

I read that in the paper too, someone's grandkids let them in on it and they called up the state. The plates aren't being recalled but the owners are allowed to bring them in to exchange them at no cost.
