i work for a private gated community on the maintenance dept...we only drink when we know we dont have to do anything for the rest of the day, or after hours

you know those arent really that great for you. in order for a diet to work you have to exercise. drink water instead. lol or do extra exercise to lose the extra...100 calories.

the only time i drink soda is with rum. the only time i drink rum is when its dollar bar drinks. water/teas are my style

i know..coke zero has 0 calories. i drink water most of the time but my relaxing beverage is diet soda lmao
