so sick
so im usually not the one getting sick, but i kinda felt like i was going to get sick last night, i had a weird feeling in my throat. sure enough i wake up tihs morning and just feel absolutely horrible, and now i feel even worse...have a headache, im sore all over, my throat hurts, runny nose... i just want to pass out for like 3 days until this blows over...any suggestions? im gonna hold off going to a doctor until tomorrow and see if i feel any better / worse and go from tehre

there is a nasty virus going around that can stay with u like 3 weeks. its kinda like the flu. my wife had it 3 1/2 weeks and coughed so hard she broke a rib! i got over mine pretty quick. i took zicam tablets and cold eeze cough drops, i was good in 4 days.

I was really sick on the 6th, but I was okay enough to work the next day and I've been fine since then

Don't pass it on to us! I've been outside a lot the last 3 days so I hope I don't catch anything. 18 holes of golf Sat, mountain bike ride Sun and another 18 holes of golf today! I can't wait until it warms up but I hope I don't get anything in the next couple of weeks.

i had that for about 2 weeks all i did was suck it up ignore it and went on with my life and it finally went away

Cloraseptic(sp?) cough drops for the sore throat. They numb your throat and it takes some of the pain away. I usually use Airborne when i get a cold but i dunno if it actually works

The Rhino Virus is the cause of the common cold. I dunno what it is, but I had it in January and was sick for 2 weeks. My co-worker has been "nasal" for 2-3 weeks now. Quite the nasty illness.

Zinc Gluconate (the stuff in Zicam) is good for colds.
I've had success w/ DayQuil whenever I've gotten sick this winter

i had that bad boy virus a month or so ago. my advice is just lay in bed and sleep all day...take it easy.

i just got over having broncutis. last monday i woke up to go to school with a 102.2 fever and a killer headach. for a few days it felt like my head was spinning around i was so dizzy but the only thing i have now is that anoying cough. theres alot of stuff going around right now hope you feel better.

I just got over my cold on Saturday. It lasted with me for 5 days. I went to the doctor and was put on this stuff called Zotex and then on Thursday I found out about Zicam. Zicam is what really helped me get over the cold. It stopped my runny noise, sore throat, and coughing.

i had the same thing u had Bob for exactly one month and then after 2 month i finally got my whole voice back. I refused to go to the doctor cuz she only gives me cough medicine. I took aleve cold and sinus and riccola cough drops.
