really? for a battery cable, i wouldve asked to speak with your management about that one. you can clearly tell if a battery cable has been used and its not like a battery or sensor where it can be ''broken'' without knowing.
you my friend are just a typical counter jockey who hates his jobs and pays it forward to the customers who dont deserve to be abused by your antics.

Actually I enjoy my job, its my counterparts in the store that you can tell their patience has withered away. Im abusing them because I'm following the rules set forth by my company? yeah, some antics those are

It's great you are playing by the rules, but I think the issue is the blanket "electronics" policy.
If I buy a pack of ring terminals, a spool of wire, or something go-no go like that and then try and return them and get turned away I'd ask to speak to the manager. If he doesn't budge I'd go to corporate out of general principle. It's one thing if it's something that you can't really tell if it's been installed, or if it's something with a shelf life. It's something else if it's a part in it's original packaging that has zero evidence of use.

Well I had this converstion with my wife and mother yesterday, likewhat th ewoman did, she threw it at me, called me a jerk and left, and that was that. what these people do is take their anger out on us, and don't continue to the DM. I kinda wish they would to see if they'd give us any play and lift this on thing to alternators,starters, and batteries, everythign else would be ok, i wouldn't mind that.

Eh, a lot of people rocked the Sky *despite* the Saturn badge. Does the Solstice/Sky build quality carry over to the G2X? If so, that's one Daewoo I'd be proud to have in my stable.
