I know times are tough but....
$300 a week to basically run a car lot? Is this guy out of his f'in mind?
Need to have sales experience, be a customer service rep, be computer literate to post advertisements and basically be a lot boy....for less than $10/hr. 
I know times are tough but holy jeebus, that's ridiculous. I normally don't worry about what people pay employees but that's crazy.

Employers are doing this because they know people are f'ed and forced into taking almost anything they can find. So, they try to benefit from it by underpaying. It is tough out there and people like this are making it even worse.
