Yeah you do have to pay before you show up I'm pretty sure. As for training, it's too early to start their "suggestions" so I'm just running as much/when I can, and continuing my circuit training style at the gym (never stop, if you need a break on say a chest/back day, go do a set of legs, or go do set of abs).

Mudders: Price changes for our Tri-State events go into effect on July 19th--prices go from $140 to $160.
Also, Tri-State is at 60%. These events will sell out soon, so don't forget to register asap! Remind your teammates who haven't signed up.
