yeah i've always had anger issues but nothing like this. the past year has been bad. my girlfriend flicked the back of my head friday night and that set me off. stupid things set me off anymore. i get a warm tingly feeling through my body and i black out and i turn into the hulk and i want to destroy. i told my mom and i'm trying to get some kind of meds to help calm me down. i'm always in a mood anymore and i really don't know what the cause is. i've been trying to work things out and its realy stressful lately. that egg just really got me going. i cant tell you how many times i've pictured what would have happend if i had seen the kid(s) that did it.

I seem to remember you work out a lot. If you are using any weightlifting/bodybuilding supplements cut them the F out for a while and see what happens. Even legal stuff can mess with your brain pretty hardcore.

yeah i workout still, i had gotten mono 2 years ago but i'm back to where i was when i was 16 (18 now). just benched 295 again kills me cause i should be wayyyyy bigger but oh well. but yes i don't take anything. never tryed anything but eating meat and stuff for protein.

i do, i've got 2 heavy bags and the hand pads and a couple other things. i have my friend come down and we train a little. the whole lifting and fighting fuels my thoughts sometimes. kind of not a good thing sometimes. i'm not trying to come off like i'm big and bad cause i'm not but you know what i mean.

Maybe you shouldnt lift? Seems from what you are saying that when you were not working out you were not as bad as when you are working out..

You should probably talk to a Shrink also! When my mom got cancer when I was 14 I had to see a shrink. I was like you were stupid **** pissed me off all the time. To the point were I was going to loose it. The Doctor I saw helped me through being a teenager and not having a mother. I felt better after our 1st visit. I did not want to see a doctor but all they do is listen to you. Its nice to have someone listen to you who doesnt know you personally like my Dad or Brother did. I saw the doctor 4 times. once a week for a month.

Ill never give up lifting lol but I already talked to someone about this I'm going back wends this week. I'm trying to be calm. Just now about 5 min ago some lady sat at green light so I started to count seconds I waited till 7 then was about to blow the horn and she went. Ill see what I can do to chill out

you waited? lol, as soon as its green im on my horn, calling the person all sorts of names...

Once i even hung out my window to yell at a lady in front of me(she was doing 25 in a 40) and i screamed "i'm gonna eat your children"... my gf and other friend in my car were kinda speechless. Or when i pulled my butterfly knife in traffic in NYC and hung out my window swiping at the cab that cut me off... I have major anger issues which have been compounded by PTSD. Unstable is an understatement.

Yes lol i was trying to be calm. when i got to like 5 seconds my blood pressure was going and i'm screaming all kinds of names. then she makes her turn as i did and she then goes 35 in a 50 for like half mile. i was screaming so loud and then she took it up to about 65 and kept pulling away.

maybe you should cut back on the lifting. maybe its making you overly aggressive from being young, chock full of testosterone and only pumping more from lifting ....or get laid a bit more often
