The sad part is that I was in better shape than the Kevin did who is in ROTC and always blabs about that stuff, without going to the gym in 5 months.
Honestly if you wore cold gear and kept moving it wasn't bad. You dry out quick and stayed warm enough. Encourages you to move quicker
