well figured i would start a thread since ill be working on this bad boy for a little while getting her completed
my friend anthony dropped off his 95 ls1 swapped z28 camaro today after i got home from work.

worked on it for a little bit tonight and got the bumper cover, hood, foglights and headlights/mounting panel removed from the car

(sorry for crappy pics)

here is a pic of the parts soon to be installed. he scored a pretty good deal on the ls cover with the slp grille

Im so tired of the LT front end look, bought my first one in 97 and had 3 after that and the look is so dated (for me anyway)...and im keeping the intake setup the same, not worth the trouble for a horse or 2.

The vendor said they never had any problems w/ fitment...so I took the chance....I think we made out alright....pershing auto body was the vendor, they even refunded me almost 1/2 the price of purchase for slow delivery.

Came out great man, im pretty sure the front end will lighten up a bit once the paint sets itself...when I picked up the car from paint last time it was definitely darker and lightened up a mth. or so after.

Is it the picture or does the DS front of the hood align tighter to the fender than the PS?

car looks good...nice work IMO though I'm a fan of the lt1 front. The ls1 front end has been compared to a catfish mouth to many times. Though like i said the car looks good...nice work.
